Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Voucher holders must be 18 years or older to redeem or book services at Vesper & Quill Studio.
2. Voucher Scope: Vouchers are valid for tattoo services only and cannot be used for merchandise, artwork, or any other products unless explicitly stated.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.
4. Intended Use: Vouchers are valid for use only by the original recipient as named at the time of purchase. Proof of identity may be required at the time of booking or redemption.
5. Promotional Exclusions: Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special offers, discounts, or promotional packages unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Tampering & Fraud: Any tampering, alteration, duplication, or misuse of the voucher will render it void. Vesper & Quill Studio reserves the right to decline any voucher that shows signs of unauthorized alteration or appears fraudulent. We will only accept Vesper and Quill issued vouchers.
7. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service or voucher redemption if the above terms are not met, or if the voucher appears invalid for any reason.
8. Expiry: Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.
9. Booking Requirements: All voucher redemptions must be booked in advance. Standard booking policies, including deposits and cancellation policies, apply.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Vesper & Quill Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers. Treat your voucher as you would cash.
We are not liable for any delays or inability to redeem vouchers due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, emergencies, or natural events.
